EcRBPome is a comprehensive database of Escherichia coli RNA-binding proteins (RBPs). This database documents RBPs identified by genome-wide survey of all known complete E. coli proteomes, as of May 2016 (Ghosh and Sowdhamini, BMC Genomics, 2017). EcRBPome also presents a cross-strain comparative account of these RBPs, as well as the constituent RNA-binding domains (RBDs). The data have been cross-referenced to other databases, to suit the users purpose.
