Kaempferol 3-o-neohesperidoside is slightly soluble (in water) and a very weakly acidic compound (based on its pKa). Kaempferol 3-o-neohesperidoside can be found in soy bean, which makes kaempferol 3-o-neohesperidoside a potential biomarker for the consumption of this food product.
