HORI - A Server to Compute Higher Order Residue Interactions in a protein structure:

HORI - Higher Order Residue Interactions, is a web server to compute higher order interactions (pairwise interaction, triplet interactions and quadruple interactions) in a protein structure. HORI offers a set of programs to calculate Pairwise, Triplet and Quadruple interactions within a protein structure. HORI Server is available in three modules :

  • HORI-Global
  • HORI-Lite
  • HORI-Cluster

HORI-Global offers computationaly intensive programs to compute Pairwise, Triplet and Quadruple interactions within a protein structure. HORI-Lite offers a set of programs for quick computation of residue-number based interactions within a protein structure. HORI-Cluster offers a set of programs for quick computation of residue-type based interactions within a protein structure.

Note: Separate web interfaces are available for single chain and multichain proteins.
